Class Information

Beginner/Continuing Beginner Classes

The beginner/continuing beginners classes provide a place to start that covers the basics: posture, alignment, building strength, increasing range of motion, and improving flexibility...all without pain.
Classes are 1 hour long and meet every week.
Suggested props are a yoga mat, 2 yoga blankets or large towels, and any long belt or tie.
An open mind is appreciated...
Register for each class of this ongoing series, $17 per class.
